This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our website, email communications, intake forms, payment processing, and any other interactions you have with PrimeRide AI. By accessing our website or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

We encourage you to read this policy in full. If you have questions, you may contact us at any time at [email protected].

  • Budget range and financing preferences
  • Location or ZIP code
  • Purchase timeline
  • Trade-in vehicle details (year, make, model, mileage, condition)
  • Any additional details you choose to share during your engagement

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain technical information through standard web analytics tools, including:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Referring URL (the site that directed you to us)
  • Date and time of your visit

This information is collected through standard analytics technologies and is used solely to understand how visitors interact with our website and to improve the user experience. We do not use this data for targeted advertising.

Payment Information

Payments for PrimeRide AI services are processed by a third-party payment processor. When you make a payment, your credit card number, debit card number, and full payment credentials are collected and processed directly by our payment processor — PrimeRide AI does not store your credit card numbers or full payment details on its servers. We may receive limited transaction information from our processor (such as the last four digits of your card, transaction amount, and date) for record-keeping and customer support purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To deliver your intelligence report. Your intake criteria drive the research, analysis, and recommendations in your Report. This is the primary reason we collect your information.
  • To communicate with you about your engagement. We use your contact information to deliver your Report, respond to questions, provide follow-up support, and send engagement-related updates.
  • To verify inventory availability. As part of preparing your Report, we may contact dealerships to confirm that specific vehicles are available. When we do so, we do not share your name, contact information, or any personal details with the dealership. Verification is conducted anonymously or using our own professional credentials.
  • To improve our services and website. We use aggregated, non-identifying analytics data to understand how our website is used and to improve the quality of our services.
  • To comply with legal obligations. We may use or retain information as required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with dealers, lenders, data brokers, or marketing partners. Your data is used exclusively to serve you.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

PrimeRide AI does not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the limited circumstances described below:

Service Providers

We work with a small number of trusted third-party service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, email delivery, and web hosting. These providers have access only to the information necessary to perform their specific functions and are contractually obligated to protect your data and prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal obligation, court order, or government request; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of PrimeRide AI; (c) prevent fraud or other illegal activity; or (d) protect the personal safety of our users or the public.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. If such a transfer occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the receiving party honors the commitments made in this Privacy Policy.

With Your Consent

We may share your information with third parties if you have given us your explicit, informed consent to do so.

What We Never Share

We never share your intake criteria, Report contents, vehicle preferences, budget information, or personal details with any dealership, lender, automotive entity, data broker, or marketing partner. Your engagement with PrimeRide AI is confidential. When we contact dealerships to verify inventory for your Report, we do so without revealing your identity or any information about you.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

  • Client intake data and Report contents are retained for twelve (12) months after Report delivery. This retention period supports follow-up questions, the upgrade window, and any service guarantee inquiries.
  • Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax, accounting, and financial regulations.
  • Website analytics data is retained in accordance with the standard retention periods of our analytics platform.

After the applicable retention period, personal information is securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with you. If you request deletion of your data before the retention period expires, we will honor that request subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

5. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement industry-standard safeguards designed to protect it, including:

  • Encryption in transit — all data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected by TLS/SSL encryption.
  • Secure storage — personal information is stored on secure, access-controlled systems.
  • Access controls — access to client data is strictly limited to authorized personnel who need it to perform their job functions.
  • Secure report delivery — Reports are delivered via encrypted email or secure link.

While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.

6. Your Rights

Regardless of where you reside, we believe you should have meaningful control over your personal information. You have the following rights:

  • Right to access. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to correction. You may request that we correct any personal information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Right to deletion. You may request that we delete your personal information. We will honor deletion requests subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records (for example, tax and financial records).
  • Right to opt out of marketing communications. If we send you marketing or promotional emails, you may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us directly.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request to protect your privacy and security.

7. Additional Rights for California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), provides you with additional rights regarding your personal information. While PrimeRide AI may not currently meet the revenue or data-volume thresholds that trigger CCPA obligations, we provide these disclosures proactively because we believe in transparency and want to give all of our clients the same level of control over their data.

Categories of Personal Information Collected

Under CCPA/CPRA categories, PrimeRide AI may collect the following:

  • Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, IP address
  • Commercial information — records of services purchased, vehicle preferences, budget range
  • Internet or electronic network activity — browsing history on our website, pages visited, interactions with our site
  • Geolocation data — ZIP code or general location you provide during intake
  • Professional or employment-related information — only if voluntarily provided by you during intake

Your CCPA/CPRA Rights

  • Right to know. You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources from which it was collected, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom it has been shared.
  • Right to delete. You may request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. PrimeRide AI does not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not engage in these practices, there is no need to opt out — but you have the right to confirm this at any time.

Non-Discrimination

PrimeRide AI will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, provide a different level of service quality, or otherwise penalize you for exercising your rights under the CCPA/CPRA or any other privacy law.

To submit a CCPA/CPRA request, contact us at [email protected]. We will verify your identity before processing any request and will respond within forty-five (45) days, as required by law.
